Welcome to the City of Olympia's Online Permit Center
To comply with current City regulations with the construction and inspection of single-family dwellings (Single Family Homes, Townhomes, and Duplexes) there was a need to make changes to the process for permit issuance, payment of fees and inspections. Starting on September 18, 2020, both the water meter permit and the SFR Civil Permit will be required to be issued prior to the building permit. The water meter permit requirement has been in effect since mid-2019.
