“At this time inspections will only be conducted for projects meeting requirements of Governor’s order as essential, applied for by March 23, or meeting an exception (such as spoliation).”
“We are experiencing a high volume of electrical inspection requests and advise using the (VIP) Virtual Inspection Program whenever possible.”
**Inspection requests are required to be made by 5:00 PM the previous day to be on the next day's schedule. Inspections will be only scheduled for projects meeting Governor Inslee's 30 point plan. Most inspections will be conducted between the hours of 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM. Inspectors will be available to contact between the hours of 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM.

PRIOR TO APPLYING FOR A PERMIT, PLEASE REVIEW THE APPLICATION CHECKLISTS FOUND IN THE DOCUMENTS TAB BELOW FOR REQUIRED SUBMITTAL(S).
If all required submittals have not been received and plan review fees have not been paid within 48 hours, the permit application will be cancelled.
What can you do on this portal?
This application provides public access to the current status of permits and inspection requests, as well as, access to reference materials and documentation. You will need your user access code to schedule or view any inspections you have submitted.
